If you find opened or damaged package, please refuse to accept the delivery. If customer accepts the package in that condition, ABiKA will not be liable to pay any claim or exchange the product.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours or before the order is shipped. We are committed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please go through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and surely want a refund, please contact us at abika.care@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 7873074142 with your order no. If your return is accepted, then return the product using postal/courier service to our address. Product sent back to us without following proper returnig process will not be entertained. ABiKA will be liable to pay only product value not the shipping charge. We will not arrange a pickup in case of return the product due to any reason.

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only and the refund will be initiated after deducting the transaction charges.

Refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 24-48 hours of receiving the product back to our warehouse.

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received. Any used product or product without tags, sale invoice & original packaging will not be accepted in any circumstances.

2. We have a 2 days return policy, which means you can request for a return within 2 days after receiving  your product.

3. Delivery failed due to unavailability, wrong address/contact details are not eligible for the refund. The refund will be initiated after deducting the logistic and transaction charges.

4. Exchange will be done once per order.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Once the product is sold, it can only be exchanged/replaced by the same or uper price value product. Please contact us at abika.care@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 7873074142 with your order no. If your exchange is accepted, you have to return the product using postal/courier service to our address. Product sent back to us without requesting an exchange will not be entertained. ABiKA will not pay the shipping charge while exchanging the product.

We don't offer free shipping for exchanged product.

 

Conditions for Exchange

1. Exchange request can be done within 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product must be in the same condition as you received. Any used, washed, damaged product or product without tags, labels, sale invoice & origional packaging will not be accepted in any circumstances for exchange.

3. Please mention your name, address, phone number, email and order ID on the parcel.

4. Exchange is allowed once per order.

5. All the discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

6. After we recieve & inspect the product, you will get an email/whatsapp message regarding your exchange updates.

7. If your exchange request is accepted, then the product will be shipped within 48 hours.

Pickup Responsibility

ABiKA will try to arrange a return/exchange pickup from your address by our logistic partner, if requested.

NOTE: For Any International order we will not accept the return/exchange request.
